Dr. Astrid Galvez-Sforza

Dr. Astrid Galvez-Sforza is a Canadian Board-Certified (2017) Venezuelan dentist (2003) who treats patients of all ages and different medical conditions. She has a solid professional background in preventive and social dentistry having also obtained a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Public Health (2013) in Toronto, Ontario.
Dr. Astrid takes the time to listen to her patients’ needs, fears and past experiences and enjoys the social interaction with them. She is skilled with patients’ dental anxiety and treats many "scared of the dentist" people. Speaking four languages (English, Spanish, French and Italian), Dr. Astrid has been working in Mississauga for more than 7 years and currently serves patients coming from all parts of Ontario and other provinces such as Quebec and BC.
Dr. Astrid is experienced in aesthetic and restorative dental cases currently offering general family dentistry (cavity repair, deep cleanings, bonding, nightguards) as well as Invisalign, extraction of wisdom teeth, crowns, veneers, bridges, partial and complete dentures including dental implant rehabilitation to patients.
